1 General Terms & Definitions

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is used.
• Minimum bet: 10 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by market.
• When betting on sports events, odds are locked before the match begins.
• In live betting, some bets may be voided due to server delays.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same match from separate accounts (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.

6 Account Closure & Restrictions

4499bdt may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons.

3. Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
4. Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the betting system.
5. Harassing other members or staff.

Whether a remaining balance is refunded upon account closure will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
